Dandelion

1. Set aside the yeast by dissolving it in warm water.

2. Wash the dandelion blossoms and put them in water with orange and lemon juices.

3. Add into it cloves, ginger, orange peel, lemon peel and sugar.

4. Boil them and then continue boiling for about half an hour.

5. Then stain the mixture through filter paper and then leave to cool.

6. While the mixture is slightly warm, stir in the yeast.

7. Leave it like that for the whole night and then store into bottles.

8. Leave the uncorked bottles in a dark place for about 3 weeks.

9. After a span of 3 weeks cock them and store them in a cool place.

Dandelion tea is an excellent remedy for people having reduced vision at night. It can be prepared by putting in a handful of fresh dandelion flowers in hot boiling water. The flowers should be left to completely infuse in the water for at least about 20 minutes.

Dandelion coffee is made from dandelion roots which is an amazing beverage. It is despite its bitter taste is beneficial for stimulating the entire digestive system. Unlike commercial coffee, the dandelion coffee offers more good than harms.
